A few years ago I had creative idea that becoming a personal trainer would be a great path to make money. I decided that getting a personal trainer certification online would be the perfect way - simple, work on my own timetable, and so on. The only dilemma? I bought my very first aerobics video 3 years ago, and haven't used it ever since. I do not remember what it was titled - I have since then misplaced it somewhere in the back recesses of my house, and have not seen it in several weeks, but I do recall some things about it. It was intense pink, and had some grinning man in spandex and big hair on the cover, telling you to lose weight. I thought that the cardio exercise video would motivate me to get my rear totally fit, however it was not to be. In its place, my brand new cardio disc just decided to sit in the corner, accumulating dust while I sat on the sofa, growing bigger and less in shape.

My subsequent workout video was a step work-out video, but it did no better. I think I did attempt that precise cardiovascular DVD a couple of times, but it was no use. I merely felt so silly sitting here at home, undulating together with a workshop on video who were not even in the room with me, pretending that I was doing something that was not entirely preposterous. I just couldn't make it segment of my custom. I had in the beginning scheduled to commence each and every day with the cardio disc and a shower, but when I would rise out of bed each day, it was the last thing that I desired to do.

The classes got me out of my house, and the people in them were so inspiring, that I just could not help myself. Pretty much immediately, I was hooked on taking exercise lessons to get in shape. It was like you couldn't get me away from them. Meanwhile, each and every cardio disc I have ever had silently gathers dust in the house of a newer, more fit me.
