To me a great body may be something different for every person. Civilization today is allowed to dictate what a fantastic body should look like. In the end, the most important thing is that people eat well, get enough exercise & sleep, & stay away from abusing their bodies with drugs and alcohol. A great body should be defined as a healthy body that serves its owner well, it does not matter what stage of life they may be in.

The media will carry on to overwhelm us with pictures of what the vast majority views as a fantastic body. However, if we as people decide to change our definition of what a fantastic body truly is, we can be a positive influence on the attitudes and choices of other people, including young kids trying to grow up in today's world.
