Where do I start!! My first step was picking up the phone and calling my Career Angel – Shelley, my sister had used Shelley’s services 3 years before and loved her work. My initial response when I spoke to Shelley was I don’t know if I want to pay that much, Ill think about it and call you back….Thankfully I did pick up the phone that same hour and called Shelley back, I know now is that her service, mentoring, enthusiasm and end product is priceless.

Thank you very much for your help in attaining my new role at the
University.

Having tried and struggled for some years to apply for roles within
universities and the public service with Zero success – ie:
rejection letters. I found writing Cover Letters, CVs and responding
to Selection Criteria a complete nightmare and have never excelled at
marketing myself. And always a stressful experience.

When I saw your advertisement for resume and selection criteria assistance, combined with feeling that I just could no longer go on in my current role, I thought I would give it a go.

The result has been simply astonishing! I asked for your assistance on 6 jobs because
I expected rejections for most – not so that I can pick and choose the job that I want.
The response to my applications that you wrote were so positive and resulted in
interviews for 4 of the 6 jobs. Even the 2 I didn’t get interviews for gave me a positive
response when I called to see why. One of the 4 withdrew the interview because the
government withdrew the vacancy and the manager called me personally to apologize, thank me for such a fantastic application and asked if he could hold on to it in case the vacancy comes up again.

Many of my friends are now so amazed at the results I attained through you that they are asking me for your details which I have been very happy to pass on.
