try it now… take a deep breath. I read AGAIN the other day that taking a deep breath several times a day is one of the best things that you can do for your health so I FINALLY got around to doing it and guess what… I have to agree that it is.
A deep breath, right from your belly is:
calming
allows you to “receive”
and feels good
So don’t be like me and take just about FOREVER to follow sound advice – start doing it today – you’ll be glad you did.
